Creamy Lemon & Basil Tahini Dressing

Creamy tahini dressing, gluten free, dairy free, vegan

A simple yet flavoursome dressing.  Goes well with salads and pasta dishes.


-1/4 cup tahini

-juice of 1 lemon

-4 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

-3 Tbsp. water

-Salt to taste

How To Make

Place all ingredients in a jar, secure the lid and shake well to combine.

Check the dressing for seasoning and add more salt if needed.

Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
